Nur Izzah Binte Zainudin 2008-07-19 until 2008-07-22	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road We booked the grand suite which consisted of two rooms, a living room and a kitchen. For the price we paid, it is extremely worth it. However, it is about 20-30 minutes away from the city area. Hence, if the intention is to be near the city, this hotel is not meant for you. We took taxis almost everywhere we went. However, do make sure that the drivers know exactly where the hotel is before taking it since some of them aren t sure. From the hotel to the city area, it costs approximately 100 baht. The room is clean. Even though the hotel is under going renovation, it wasn t much of a hassle to us. The staff are extremely helpful since we do not understand thai. They helped us in everyway they could and that made us feel welcomed. Overall, we didn t regret choosing the hotel. It was indeed a pleasant stay.	Efficient and reliable. I will continue to use sawadee for my future trips to thailand.
Ronny Au/Dick Tsui 2008-07-14 until 2008-07-15	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road the room is spacious and worth more than the price. room serviced breakfast was nice. interior decoration is a bit old and simple. need renovation to modernize. swimming pool is not big but ok. staff are helpful and polite. Just location is far from city centre. I will consider to stay again.	fine and efficient
SP and NP- from USA 2008-07-13 until 2008-07-16	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road this was my 4th stay here, although they are under rehab, they delivered breakfast to all the rooms. very nice service. we stayed in a deluxe room with a mini kitchen/living room and seperate bedroom. very big room for price. very clean. a little drag that the hotel is under rehab. its more of a service apartement then hotel. there is a nice pool here but i never had time. a little far from downtown but only a 15 min taxi ride or a subway jump.	first booked hotel, no problem fast service from the booking staff. khun THida and Bing are excellent staff. after i reserved and paid, they email and canceled my reservation and told me that the hotel was under major renovation. and another hotel was offered. i then emailed them to let them know that i wanted this hotel despite the construction. and they re booked my stay. thanks again...
Kanokporn Wongfan 2008-07-02 until 2008-07-15	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road As a family of five, complete with small children and toddler. Eakthanee Is perpect for us. the rooms were spacious, the food was great, Receptionist + housekeeping were extreamly friendly. first was a bit put off by the reconstruction of the lobby as was not as we expected but then later all works out fine. The location is a far from tourist places and to come back from downtown could be problem as taxi often refused to go there and often the drivers confused about the location. Ramkhamhaeng 39 is very long road so tell taxi to go to Lao embassy is much easier. Highly recommend for the big family and people who have times to explore Bankgkok, If you want to be in the Thai local life style try a bit down the road to Prachauthit area for restaurant all is great. Will definitely come back to stay here for longtime basis again.	Booking has no problem at all but there was bit problem with the pick-up service but eventually thing work out fine. I will do more reservation in the future again.

PAUL SEAN MCCARTHY 2008-04-22 until 2008-04-29	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road Very impressed with the our room as we booked the Grand suite style which consisted of 2 double badrooms (both en-suite) with a lounge/kitchenette in between.This was ideal for us & our 18 month old girl.The room was very clean & a good size aswell.Great value for money & would stay there again.The only thing against it is the location,although we go everywhere by taxi we found a lot of the drivers would not take us back as they either said it s too far from the centre or they didnt know where to go.To the centre was around 100 Baht including tolls etc so its not too bad.We live in Southern Thailand so we know whats what so to speak over there & have stayed in numerous hotels in Bangkok & this was by far the best for money spent,very secure,clean & friendly too, as long as you dont mind travelling in taxis to everywhere you need to go.	BRILLIANT AS ALWAYS

Although the location is not in the downtown area, it is convenient to find food and restaurants nearby. Considering its prices to what we got during stay, it s a hotel with good value!	Reliable & efficient services!
Khun Saharat Pitakskul 2008-03-09 until 2008-03-13	Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road Good clean hotel but beware,, if u want a late check out they charge u 50% of the rack rate,, which in my case was just as much as i paid on sawadee.com for a full day... what a rip off.. internet is 200Bts a hour in the loby for 512K,, and 450BTS a hours for 512K in your room.,, it doesnt work and dont even get it.. better off to use your GPRS from your cell phone..	Excellent as always..
