My family is just back from a wonderful two weeks at Serene Sands. The staff were all exceptional and really made our holiday complete. It was our son s birthday while we were there and the staff surprised him with an ice cream cake, complete with candles! Not many hotels would go to such lengths for a young guest! The shuttle service to and from Patthaya was excellent. On the one occasion that my wife and daughter were late for the return shuttle, the driver rang the resort to make sure they were alright and waited an extra 15 minutes until they arrived at the pick up point. We enjoyed not being in the centre of Patthaya - exactly what we wanted. The resort grounds and facilities were maintained to a high standard and the salt water pool and jacuzzis were in pristine condition. Our two teenage children enjoyed playing pool,snooker and table tennis and the WII was a big hit with them. The chef s homemade pizzas were excellent and we overindulged in mango and orange smoothies! We used the DVD hire service and there is a good selection of books available for hotel guests to read. On the last night of our holiday, we hired the resort bar -b -q and the staff purchased the sea food for us we had requested at the local market, which we then cooked ourselves. It was the perfect way to end our holiday. We would definitely go back again to Serene Sands. Thank you Jim, Ros and the rest of the staff for making our holiday so special. Serene Sands is just what it is: peaceful, as an oasis in busy Pattaya. The staff is nice and helpful, the food delicious, and going to the city can be done by shuttle. In short, it was a nice stay, and probably will visit it again.

Delighted with hotel. Rooms were lovely and big. Friendly,hospitable atmosphere due to the small size of hotel and nice staff. Pool area great and right on the beach. Loaction is really quiet and relaxing and the free 10 minute taxi shuttle in to Pattaya city was great and well used by me for shopping. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to chill out with partner or family.

Family atmosphere while being pampered by professionals. Quiet, serene area outside the hustle and bustle of Pattaya yet that scene is easily accessible with a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride - provided by the hotel. Reasonable prices for drinks, meals - the food was very good at the hotel - and massage. The pool is excellent and served as an excellent babysitter for our 6 year old ;-) Clearly, this must be one of the best values for money in or near Pattaya if you like peace and quiet.

We went for 2 nights. Most guests are Europeans and Americans and not many tourists. All the staff speak English and very eager to help. The place is very cozy and homely. The building style and furniture feels more like home. The best was the pool, jacuzzi and garden. Awesome. It truly does wonders to people who just want to laze around and relax. The sea beach was not so great but the pool made up for it. Set up is beautiful and the staff really pamper you. Evenings look very pretty from the dining deck. The rooms could have been better as they were said to be superior and not standard. The bed was too small even though it was said to be a queen sized bed. Food was great too. Some of the dishes were very well cooked. Free shuttle service available to Pattaya town though we didnt use it because we were just happy to be lazing in the hotel.

Booking service was good. Its a good thing that they have the option of bank transfer along with credit card payment only unlik most other places. Staff was helpful too. But they should take special requests like early check in and facilities for children.

A lovely peaceful setting, just a short drive away from the excitement and mayhem of Pattaya s party life. The food, service and accommodation all exceeded our expectations.. Thanks again to everybody!

Extremely nice place! Perfect for everybody that wants a relaxing time. Good service, nice food, many activities to choce from both when it comes to massage and exercise at the hotel and when it comes to excursions in the surronding area. Free shuttletransport in to downtown Pattaya for the ones that want some action in the evening.

Excellent family friendly service, nice furnishings of extremely clean rooms and all area of hotel. Professional body care services and very good food in hotel restoran. Good location and transportation possibilities. Different amusements like high speed boat drive and sports like billiard in hotel area. And lot of golf courses around the area.
