Accommodation and facilities:
I have just enjoyed a week of pampering, service and hospitality from the staff of the Woodland resort. I can recommend this resort to anyone and will not stay anywhere else in Pattaya. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give you a 9. Well done to staff and management and a prosperous new year to you all !!!

No hassle booking prosess and compotent staff to handle everything. Rates also competitive.

Woodlands Suites was a fantastic place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thier english was limited however it was enough to get by. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Easy booking online and quick response to questions- Good Service - But booking service should send all payment confirmation information to hotel. I think since payment was made to the booking service, they should confirm and communicate all payment details with the hotel. This would make the service level with other online booking sites.

This is the second time I stayed in Woodland Resort. It is a perfect place for me as I would like somewhere out of the noisy area. A good place to rest after a day of adventure. Overall the hotel is value for money. Note, you will need to get tuk tuk service to travel to the beach

Superior Room very nice & clean The television is too old then don t have DVD player. The swimming pool is very good but too less for funny play for childrens. The breakfast is very good.

The Woodlands resort is a good place to stay in Pattaya,The quality of the rooms are excellant and so is the service ,plus it is an ideal position .When in the resort you would not think about all the hustle and bustle outside.We only had breakfast but that was excellant
