We stayed 22-29.1-12 at Lima Bella Resort. Good location, only 5 min walk to the beach and shopping street. Very lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast small but included all we needed. We recommend it and would stay there next time we go to Koh Samet also.

Wonderful, calm and clean resort with lovely staff! A bit dark in the evening on your way home from town. But very easy to just take a taxi! Would love to come back!

We had a very enjoyable 5 nights at Lima Bella. The Waree Grand Room had a bed big enough for two adults and a baby, a good sized bathroom with a shower and a bath, plus a nice feature of a chillout area up a ladder. The curtains could be a bit thicker and mosquitoes were a slight problem but all in all we were pleased with the room. My sister in Law stayed in one of the Mantra Loft Rooms which could easily house two adults in the double bed upstairs, and a child on the mattress downstairs. Rooms were cleaned daily and bedding changed. The pool towels are much better than the ones provided in the room, and the staff didn t mind us using them. I was a bit disappointed not to have received any response when I emailed the hotel prior to our stay to enquire about transfer from Bangkok airport. The breakfast could be improved - every day the same food and not particularly good. The food was good and very reasonably priced - good for us as we ended up staying for dinner most evenings once the baby went to bed. The hotel is located close enough to the main beach area that you can walk there within five minutes, and far away enough to be quite tranquil. Pool very clean and had shade over the shallow children s section. Best thing about the resort was the team of cambodian staff - especially Ann. They were so friendly and thoughtful. I will be recommending the resort and would definitely stay there again.

Nice, quiet hotel. Perfect for familys with children. The food was good, but the portions where a little small. Drinks at the poolbar was a little expensive, but they where good.

Fina rum med mycket ljus i badrummet. Nu bodde vi i de lux rum och det var mycket trevligt. Fin pool och väldigt trevlig personal. Frukosten var inte den bästa men gick an. Kort promenad till stranden. Lugnt och skönt läge. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Near the Sai Kaew Beach, but it s quiet and the staff of the hotel has a good service. Design of the hotel is very special, too.

I waited for the check-in e-voucher for a few days. It’s later than agoda booking online. I hope to add the Chinese version and payment in remember.

Good for the honeymoon couple who want to stay in the hotel all the day. The problem is the way to the hotel is too far from the beach and it s not safety for girls to go there because in the night there s not any light along the way to the hotel. The taxi from the beach costs 100 baht which is too expensive for less than 1 km. But we have to pay for our saftey. :( The hotel front is not so friendly with Thai people. I don t know why I can t change the room in the same area that I can have the pool in front of my room. My room is at the corner(Waree deluxe). I wanted to book for the Waree grand one but it s not available. He said that the room I want was occupied but in the night I don t see anyone in these rooms. There s only one shower cap in the bathroom ,only 2 kinds of towel (no middle size for the hair and face). And there s no hair dryer. The breakfast is not so good quality. You can say it by the cheap sausage they offer us. The best thing is that the maid who s from Cambodia being kind enough to give me the antirepellant spray without asking!
