Good location just 5 mins walk from Phloen Chit BTS station. Very modern and secure. Room and service of high quality. Buffet breakfast pretty good. No shops or restaurants etc. very near to the hotel, so need to walk a few mins or take a taxi.

That was the second time we stay in this hotel which is very well located. The one bedroom is very convenient and large. Wireless internet is free. Breakfast is good.

Totally satisfied. This time hospitality of reception staffs is also quite warm and feel happy to stay. Next time also want to stay here so sincerely hope some kind of promotion rate will be still there next year also.

Perfect location with walk distance from Central World Plaza and Big C supermarket, and BTS skytrain is close by. But facility inside room is a little bit old. During my stay, shower head and AC system broke down. Although leaking of AC was fixed in a short time, I am still shocked with so heavy leaking which looks like raining . Further all hotel staffs are friendly. But it could be better if staffs handle customers requests in a more professional manner. By the way, breakfast served in hotel is nice.

This is a very good hotel. The room was a good size and had a balcony, was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and furniture. Free internet and a good breakfast buffet were a bonus. Location is 2 minutes walk to sky train. Highly recommended.

Good hardware and position in BKK.Deeply let down by the process and staff.Bureaucratic/aggressive front counter staff a real negative.Staff need a proper customer service training program.First time customers not welcomed.Lack of mamangement presence at front of shop reflects on the hotel.Construction work night/day opposite also a negative.

Facility and location are quite good compared to the rate. Really enjoyed the stay. But one regret was I had not applied late checkout through you in advance. They tried to charge me 50% of their original rate (which is more than 2times of your rate) so I had no way but to give up late check out.
