The Place is very and comfortable, I m overall happy with my stay. The resort is clean and nice. My only comment is the staff has language barrier as compared to the other 2 hotels.

This hotel was a disappointment to us. We stayed there some 5 years ago. Now it needs to be refurbished. Garden should be taken care of. The AC was laud and old, the sink did not work properly. On moving in there was no toilate paper. Everything looked rather oldish. Good hotel to stay on the way, but not to stay longer. On plus side: Nice swimming pool area; Good location.

The hotel was ok, we expected better for the price paid, but at this time of year all hotels are at a premium. the bathrooms could do with refurbishing and the rooms made brighter although it was generally clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant but did not take much notice of requests not to add sugar to drinks etc. The hotel desk staff were particularly pleasant and helpful as were the Spa staff. The Spa was a lot more expensive than other places which was unfortunate and we did not make as much use of it as we would have normally. I would stay there again if I needed to but would prefer to try somewhere else.

The Sawasdee staff were very helpful and tried to find a place to suit our requirements at a busy time of year.

a nice Hotel with a great view -at least some rooms- on Ko Lanta. Bathroom tiles, after renovation, not cleaned and smeared with lime. Weak light an very smal!! Mirror in Bathromm made ist impossible to see ones own face. Living/Bedroom poorly furnished.Water had to bee boilt beside Bed.There was only one women at the reception -she even had to translate for her manageress- in the whole Hotel who cold speak and understand a couple of words english. We changed to Best Western on the mainroad.

The location is off the main street, quite and convenient 5-10 minute walk to all local food, drink and boat departures. The pool, sauna, steam room and Spa facilities are all pleasent and were used quite often during this visit. The rooms are large and clean, but the furniture is in need of updating, and the in-room shower faucet could be changed to a western style . During our 4 days stay, the hotel ran out of singha beer, ice cream and coke. Local staff stated it was low season! I asked to speak to Hotel Manager or F&B manager...neither one was on the property. I left a note, and received NO reply. I would stay here again based on price/location and pool facilities. I would be hesitant if someone is expecting a more professional, personal-touch, on-site management style.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This hotel is great value for money the staff were excellent, breakfast was good. The pool area and pool bar were ideal and bedrooms were clean and adequate with a particularly large balcony, however, would have preferred a room with a view! My family and I will be returning again June to Krabi and I will certainly return to this hotel. Thank you.

We had a very good week at Ao Nang Bay Resort. Very friendly personell. Helpful. Situated little bit in the outskirts of Ao Nang which suited us perfectly (thats one of the reasons we booked this hotel in the first place). Good rooms, pool area, breakfast very good. (Cannot say about SPA since we did not use it). We can recommend this hotel to everybody.

A very nice hotel with excellent room service and the breakfast was very good indeed. We were annoyed that we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and we were given a room right over the reception area and as the hotel was full it could not be changed. Also the rooms were alot smaller than appeared on the photo s.We anjoyed our week there.
