About the hotel:
every thing was perfect in this hotel,the beach is magnificent,all the staff of the khao lak palm beach was so nice and particularly kun JAH who has been so nice with us, every day she looked after us.kun JAH is really perfect in her job.don t hesitate to choise this hotel and khao lak to spend some beautifull holiday.

About the hotel:
Nice hotel. Deluxe mountain rooms are below expectation, cause they are close to the road and a person hears the passing cars. On the other hand they are close to the nice pool area. Deluxe garden villa is good value for money. We were suggested to upgrade to Jakuzzi Villa up on the sea front. Well, it is very nice inside, but very close to the beach pool and restaurant. area. So, it is laud and has no privacy. When we came in the afternoon one room was not ready due to the AC failure. We got upgrated for one night and got 2 hours of free massage (on our request of course). For wi-fi you have to pay. TO sum up, not the worst hotel. Many organized tourists. Nice beach.

Очень неплохой отель. Если буду в Као Лаке еще раз, возможно опять поеду в этот отель. Единственный минус - нет бесплатного интернета в номерах... бесплатный - только на рисепшене.

The hotel is situated at the south end of the beach between two other resorts. The hotel area is very beautiful with two pools. The hotel is right on the beach. Very nice staff! There is not so many restaurants near the hotel (only the other resorts restaurants (expensive) + one more that is cheaper) which I think was not so good.

About the hotel:
This is a wonderful hotel but we were saddened that there were so few guests present. This also goes for Khao Lak in general--a lovely area where people are rebuilding their lives after the tsunami, but very few tourists. The hotel has a large, Thai style room with a comfortable bed and nice bath, and there is a wonderful beach nearby that provides nothing but serenity. I highly recommend this resort, as well as the use of Sawadee.com. --JN
