ACCOMMODATION

Natural, rustic, and modern. Rasananda's villas and suites combine the finest of local material with state-of-the-art technology to create the ultimate holiday experience which is unique to you. All 44 villas and suites have their own private pools with spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces ranging from 100 to 260 square meters.



Featuring an exclusive 'blissful dreams' mattress adorned with 500 thread count bed linens and goose down duvets, hardwood floors, Thai cotton and silk accented furniture, and your own espresso machine to start another perfect day in paradise.

All villas and suites have a private garden or terrace with a private pool, exclusively selected furniture, air-condition, a ceiling fan, a rain shower in the spacious bathroom, a tropical outdoor shower, fully equipped minibar, an espresso machine, a 32" flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player with home theater, a CD/MP3 player, and an iPod docking, a safe, all providing guests with the main essentials for a luxurious private Rasananda experience. The interior design of each villa is similar however the outdoor pool and living areas differ in size and location.


Garden Suite with Pool:
For a spacious yet private experience at Rasananda, this suite is surrounded by high walls and an old wooden gate entrance, and offers 65 sqm indoor living space and 65 sqm outdoor with a large terrace and sun beds; bordered by a tropical garden.




Garden Suite with Terrace Pool:
The 2nd floor Garden Suite with Terrace Pool has a large balcony of 50 sqm with sun beds overlooking the tropical landscape and the horizon. This spacious room has 50 sqm. The private pool is the edge of the terrace and offers an intimate setting including underwater seating with a Jacuzzi for 2.




Thai Villa with Pool:
Uniquely designed, the Thai Villa with Pool is a 2 story structure secluded by a high wall and antique wooden door entrance; which embodies the laid back atmosphere associated with Thai living style in the past: open air living space of 125 sqm on the ground level endowed with large daybeds, a giant hammock, gardens, and a private pool and a fridge; and an upstairs bedroom of 55 sqm.




Lagoon Pool Villa:
Designed for romance and seclusion the Lagoon Pool Villas stand alone. A 60 sqm room and 80 sqm outdoor space with pool, large wooden terrace and a sala with retractable doors for maximum privacy. Located on the lagoon wing blessed with extensive water and a tropical landscape.




Ocean Front Garden Suite with Terrace Pool:
The 2nd floor Ocean Front Garden Suite with Terrace Pool has a of 55 sqm room and 45 sqm outdoor luxury balcony with its own sun lounge; granting a perfect blend of privacy and stunning sea-view.




Ocean Front Pool Villa:
For the ultimate Rasananda experience, the stunning Ocean Pool Villa stands on its own, right on the beach with its massive 260 square meters of 120 sqm indoor and 140 sqm outdoor living space. Relax in your own large terrazzo tub or fall into silent rest in the bedroom overlooking the calm blue sea just steps away. The villa comes with an open-air bathroom with bathtub, a refreshing garden court, a private pool on a wooden terrace with a tropical sala and large daybed.

The Spa:
Seated at the base of a mountain, designed around huge granite boulders in a lush tropical forest The Spa convinces with a pristine experience offering the ultimate in bodily pleasures. A Thai herbal stream among the natural granite boulders and 4 private treatment areas with sea view are nestled among a tropical forest and waterfalls. Rasananda makes use of only the finest herbal ingredients and elements which are applied by the skilled hands of expert therapists. Emerge anew like never before.

Activities:
- The Land: Phangan Island is a tropical forest paradise with both natural and manmade sights to see, various activities are available for the recreation and exploration. These include hiking, cycling, and even elephant riding in the forest. Places of interest around the island include ancient temples, a Chinese shrine, and a fishing village. - The Sea: Swim in the glistening water, snorkel to explore the coral reefs and its friendly inhabitants, kayak or canoe out to the gentle sea in the bright, burning sun. Your RasaHost will help arrange and ensure that your day in the sea is the closest to paradise in the sun.



Transport Information:
Guest will be greeted at Samui International Airport and escort to private facility for speedboat transfer to property on Phangan Island. Guests travel themselves to the island on public ferry will be met at Tong Sala pier and transfer to property by private car.

• From Airport to Samui Pier (Bang Rak) 05 minutes
• Hotel Speed Boat from Koh Samui direct to Resort 30 minutes by private boat
• From Samui Pier (Bang Rak) to Thong Sala Pier 30 minutes by public boat
• From Thong Sala Pier to Rasananda Resort on Tong Nai Pan Noi beach (by car) 30 minutes

In the event of adverse weather conditions, all transfers are made by ferry and car. Arrivals at Samui airport should not be later than 11:00am for the public boats. Later arrivals will require guests to take private speedboat transfer which is not available at all times during the year. Departing flights should not be before 11:00 hrs in the morning.

Note:
In the event the Rasananda private speed boot is not available due to maintenance or other issues such as safety, alternate arrangements will be made with no financial addition or rebate to the guest. Further, as the nature of Koh Phangan is an exotic journey, guests may get slightly wet when utilizing speedboat service.

Guests arriving early or checking out late are entitled to use our day room. Guests should schedule arrival at Samui Airport at least 1.5 hours prior to boat departure. For flight departures from Samui Airport, for domestic flights minimum 2.5 hours from the time of departure from Rasananda and minimum 3.5 hours for International flights. Add one more hours for the public ferry service. Rasananda shall not be held responsible for missed connections.
