Wiang Inn is a centrally situated hotel with a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. Wiang inn operates a shuttle bus to & from airport for 100 baht per person. This was the fourth time in the hotel.

This hotel realy need a to be upgradet. The rooms looked very old, badroom old, may be it was clean, but it looked very dirty. Location and breakfast was ok. I can t recomend this hotel..

An excellent hotel with old style charm. Conveniently located in the city. Efficient airport pick up service. Stayed during off peak so hotel experience was very relaxing with all services and retaurant on the ball. Good pool but rather exposed - lacking shade. very good off peak value.

Generally, your hotel is fine...However, i do recommend that your staff should go for more training as i find them not professional enough. NOt all, but especially the front desk staff, they are not as good as they should be for a 4 star rated hotel. English is only ok and friendliness is average. There is a lady when i booked a taxi for the next day airport flight, she cannot even wait until i finished talking, and she started to talk to another male colleague. That s bad.
