Bathroom, clean, good range of toiletries but poor shower water pressure. Pool closed at time of visit. Buffet b fast average to poor, limited choice and no egg station. Good location in town. Accommodation and facilities:
Reception manned by 3 giggling girls who, not having one word of english, resorted to giggling behind their hands at every question. Having paid in advance by credit card it was swiped again as they did not understand. Carpet on corridor leading to room 526 is worn, dirty and in parts torn. Room has dirty carpet, exceptionally noisy air conditioner. We had to choose between leaving on the air conditioner to try and drown out the loud boom boom music coming from somewhere inside the hotel. There had been a leak in the bathroom, and walls in the room generally could be cleaned up or painted. Breakfast was good, service was good, served in dark area leading to main night entertainment area. Would never consider this hotel again.
Reservation service:
booking software excellent, response great, led to believe the hotel itself would match up.

Friendly reception, but really no English. First room(617) b/side light did not work and could not be fixed till next day.Shower/bath flooded over bathroom floor and no hotwater..They upgraded me to another room. Still no hot water. Stayed 4 nights, got hot water 1 morning only despite complaining.
No toursit help, actually one in Thai.Cockroach crawled out from under Dining Room table on to my arm.
Tuk Tuk booked through hotel wanted to charge double price.
Welcome to the Farang.

Lovely hotel, rooms larger than expected. Pool had no shade and looked like it had little use. Thai food was excellent, however they have their own interpretation on western dishes. Little english spoken but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
