George Ng 2009-05-22	Empress Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road Hotel was a bit quiet, maybe because of low season. The room and bathroom is very clean and modern, service pretty good. For the price paid online, I think it is a very good deal, no complains and a nice hotel for holiday stay in Chiangmai. Extended stay for 2 more nights!	Booking online service is great, very efficient and fast. Will definitely use service again in future.

An enormous breakfast and a pleasant pool. Nightmarket closeby. Good price at the internet, shuould go there if visit Chiang Mai again.	First time booking, excellent !!

Its perfect location close to the many shopping centres and shopping streets and friendly and warm staff makes it a home away from home. I highly recommend it to my family and friends who may be visiting Chiang Mai in future.	Very professional and organised.
Alex Hall 2009-04-03	Empress Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road I ve stayed in so many Thai hotels that I always turn up a little worried that it ll be awful, as so many are. In fact this hotel is one of the best I ve stayed in. I cannot fault anything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. The breakfast is really good with a large choice of anything you could need. The location is walkable to the night bazaar, or a two minute tuk tuk ride if you wish.	I ve used this service many times and am happy to continue.

Sharon E Marshall 2009-03-29	Empress Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road The Empress is a lovely, older hotel with an elegant lobby that reminds of an earlier and more formal/genteel time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. Our room was quite nice, though perhaps it is the economic times that result in bedding and towelling that, while immaculate, is quite threadbare and dull, and there are other subtle things that could do with an update. Overall, though, it s a very nice hotel in a great location and with very helpful staff.
