Christian Buerge 2008-11-20	Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Nin Beach the beach was a bit disappointing, because it was separated from the hotel by a canal with lots of rubbish in it. but the rooms were very clean and a good value for the price. the staff was very friendly and helpful. food was also very good, considering the price.

We got a price for lowseason incl breakfast, then they said the kitchen was closed, no breakfast. But when arriving kitchen was open and we could get breakfast for an extra 150THB/person	OK
Anthony Nixon 2008-05-14 until 2008-05-18	Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Nin Beach The resort was very nice and the staff was the nicest group we encountered our entire trip. There were only 6 other people at the resort when we were there as it was the beginning of the low season. The location is great and it is very quiet. The hotel rents scooters so you can get anywhere you want on the island. The restaurant is pretty good and has a good mix of food. We would stay here again.	Great as usual.

You only need to walk 100m along the beach to reach many great beach bars. Hotel is lovely, nice room, great elevated restaurant and good breakfast.	Sawadee are first class. I have used them numerous times now and never had a problem.

Lauren Burch 2007-12-13 until 2007-12-28	Lanta ilmare Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Nin Beach Very clean, friendly staff, central to the Klon Nin Beach activities. We stayed here for two weeks and had the most amazing holiday. The resort is set slightly back from the beach giving a little more privacy, but there are resort facilities on the sand. The pool is lovely and new with plenty of seating. Booking activities at the front desk was a breeze. I would highly recommend this resort to families and couples. Not as much happening for singles around here.

The resort is high end budget with good clean bungalows at the top end of Klong Nin beach. The hotel has a small pool which is fine and looks to the sea. The hotel staff are always pleasent and willing to help. it has a small open air restaurant and bar. The breakfast is made to order with a reasonable selection. The hotel is a 10 minute walk either by road or beach to the many bars and restaurants that sit on Klong Nin beach. For the price you pay here it is definitely worth the money.	straight forward as ever

We were traveling with small children and there was no children at all in this area. The hotel was clean and simple. We moved to an other beach ( Klong Dao beach) with more children.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view all the bungalows were just steps away from the beach. I suggest renting a motorbike to tour the island while you are there. Since the hotel is away from shops and other beaches, a motorbike is the best (and cheapest) way around the island. The price was a little high for Thailand, but it is worth the money. The only low point was the service, the staff was not as friendly as other places I have visited in Thailand, and they don t speak very much english. Other than that, it was a great 7 days on Ko Lanta.	excellent! no problems.
