M/D 2009-04-17	Lanta Island Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Located in a nice garden on the middle of Klong Dao Beach, and not too far away from Saladan. Nice restaurant located on the beach. Good location for those who want a calm beach holiday but with restaurants and shops around the corner. Bungalows are not high class by any means, but they give you what you need. They re fresh and everything works. Just make sure you close the door to not let the insects get in ;) Best thing about this place is the staff though, you always get help with what you need help with and they do look like they want to help cause they are nice, and not for money, such as it is in many other places in Thailand.
Doris Thieme 2009-03-23	Lanta Island Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach It was a very good time. The staff was friendly and all time ready to help. The bungalows are clean and situated in a wonderful tropical garden. Good food in the restaurant, clean beach and also the water in the pool was every day clean. I hope we come back in 2010.

Бунгало стоят в саду, очень зелено и красиво, тихо, комнатки чистые, ничего лишнего. Убирают если попросишь - система такая, сдал ключ на ресепшн, значит просишь убрать. Персонал очень приветливый. Не дорогой ресторан, пожалуй по соседству в отелях рестораны дороже. На улице, за отелем много заведений общепита, там еще дешевле, но придется сидеть у пыльной и оживленной дороги.	Проблем не было

Vikki Slättegård 2009-01-28	Lanta Island Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Greal location in Klong Dao but very simple rooms (we slept in their nicest room) with old bathrooms and small, uncomfortable beds. Reception staff was helpful. Beach bungalow is not really on the beach, about 50 meters away.	Great!

michelle hignett 2009-01-16	Lanta Island Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach This resort has a great location on the nice stretch of Klong Dao Beach. The staff were always pleasant. we found the restaurant mediocre and expensive for what you get. The room was VERY basic. The rooms are cleaned and clean towels are issued daily. There was no safe for our valuables. There are merely holes in the bathroom walls for ventilation instead of an extraction fan or similar. We had to burn mosquito coils in there each night to kill off the bugs and the smell. The air con was fine, not too much noise. I felt it was overpriced for the quality. The pool was clean but full of kids every day. The resort needs a makeover. Probably wouldn t stay here again as I now know there are cheaper places for better quality. The photos on sawadee are decieving.	sawadee was faultless as a booking agent. all queries were promptly answered
Linda 2009-01-04	Lanta Island Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach This place was disappointing.We had 2 bungalows booked one of which had a mouldy smell probably from the rotting roof timbers,which made it unpleasent to sleep in the room.The bed sheets were yellowed which made it hard to know how clean they were.Bathrooms poor drainage and ventilation. But most of all was the general ambivilance of the reception staff if we had any questions or problems.Gardens & restaraunt were well kept	Excellent
