Old,charming hotel ,under rehabilitation?Staff friendly,specially bellboys and staff at restaurant.Breakfast above average,but sometime to many people.Reported fridge
not worked at 10 PM,10.30 PM new fridge install!!Pool area and fitness center must upgrade.Have some nice weeks and relax and feel home.Will recommend this hotel,easy-going and pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, was much better than expected. Impressive reception and sitting areas. Should be a 4* hotel, it s good value. Nice clean friendly room and staff, speaking good English.
One of the best restaurants I ve been too. All the Thai food is cooked in an excellent Thai style, not the usual tourist style. Lovely breakfast buffet too.
Live music played inside and another outside for a great atmosphere.
Also very easy to find and drive to from Surat Thani (just 2 hours).

The hotel is a mix of luxury and room requirements mediocrity. The locality seems bleak, a Carrent would be available. The breakfast and the gym and swimming pool are from the same part. Overall, a better hotel.

A very well presented hotel with all the services required on the hotel grounds or near by. Staff were confident with english and eacy to understand. Rooms are well presented and very clean. I recomend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nakon si Tammaratt area.

Very nice hotel. Would stay there again and recommend with question. We needed to change our stay dates and did so without any problems. No safe in room but Hotel felt very safe.

The hotel is run by an efficient team, they arranged transportation from and to the airport smoothly. Unfortunately breakfast buffet was extremely poor; due to large non-tourist groups there was hardly anything left at around 09.00 hrs and nothing was refilled. Personnel at the restaurant showed no interest whatsoever. Some of the dishes had even turned cold (like fried eggs and even the boiled rice). The room was great, the swimming pool missing shade spots, the beef from one of the meals could better be called greasy with a taste of beef; all in all, based on the above I would have expected more for the 1650 baht I paid for an off-season day (and booked a whole week). This has been my last stay with Twin Lotus Hotel.
