Francis 2009-05-11	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach This is a good budget Hotel. I stayed there from 6 May09 to 11 May09, Nothing goes wrong, except on check-in day, but nothing serious. Everything is acceptable. I am paying for what I get budget hehe!, can t expect 5-star service right haha ! If you are looking for a clean & safe hotel to stay, this is the one so far. Anyway, please note that according to the receptionist, this hotel will be closed for renovation/expansion next year. Don t know when !	Booked my hotel by Sawadee.com , this is my second times. Well, Sawadee.com & Ms Kim have done a great job. Trustworthy.I will book again.
Thomas 2009-05-11	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach My recent stay at Patong Bayshore was great (6 May to 11 May 09). This is my 5th times staying in this hotel. I like the location. Everything is acceptable. Nice budget hotel. If you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay, this hotel has both so far. Well, always remember, when we pay for budget, we can t expect 5-star service hehe ! Had that in mind and disappointment will be lesser. Anyway, according to the receptionist, this hotel will be closed for renovation/expansion next year, don t know when.	Sawadee.com is great, especially Ms Kim done a good job, in booking & arrangement.

The only exception to this is the Egg Old Lady who will daily (except Sunday) spoil your breakfast time destroying eggs but worse having no idea what a SMILE is. For a coutry like Thailand it s tough to believe but it is the truth. Have a try to catch her smile, it is a real challenge!	Absolutely perfect!
Anja larsen 2009-02-18	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach We were on phuket for 14 days. This is a very nice hotel. You have all you need. And the price is fair. There is only 2 things. The food is not good at the hotel and the staff is very bad english speaker. Its only the bell boy, who understand. Thank you for a good stay.	Very good as always
Kenneth Scott Goeke 2008-12-18	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach Hotel rooms are clean and adequate. I had to change rooms several times, however. I originally booked a room with a queen size bed and was given two twin beds. I was then moved to a room with a non-working toilet. Then I was moved to a bungalow to make up for the inconvenience, but was given the bungalow that backed up to the street. I could hear traffic all night; nice room but very noisy. Then I was moved to a satisfactory room, but it looked out on the drainage ditch where they were working on metal all day. My final room was very nice as it faced the pool, had a queen size bed and a working toilet. Pool towels were never in stock. The hotel staff gave out my personal information to third party inquiries by telephone. This is quite a privacy violation. I would have been willing to return to the hotel for another stay as the room quality matched the price. However, their violation of the hotel-customer confidentiality relationship has caused me to change my mind about staying with them ever again. I go on vacation to be left alone and remain private. They willingly disclosed personal information about my check-in and occupancy to a third party who telephoned the hotel and merely requested information about my occupancy. To me, this unethical and unprofessional practice is unacceptable. Also, the hotel failed to notify me of incoming phone calls and did not disclose the fact that someone had inquired about my occupancy details. Nice enough hotel and convenient, but I will never stay there again for the very reason mentioned previously.	Booking service was fast and efficient.
Francis Joshua Tan 2008-11-02	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach The hotel room is good enough, but parts of the hotel is under renovation. There are couples of problems we encountered at the hotel. 1. We ask for a twin bed room( two single beds), but was given a double bed (one bed). 2. The electronic door lock to our room cannot be opened twice, reasons given by the hotel manager is that it is in the process of installing these new locks. 3. Due to the renovation in progress, every morning at about 10am, the whole place becomes very noisy with all the drilling,etc. 4. On the last day of our stay, the tap runs dry, no water to wash our face. I have stayed in this hotel many times, so far this is the first time I encountered so much problems. Basically, the hotel location is good. Service is ok. Staff average. Breakfast is poor. Hotel room, pool are acceptable. I think for this price, it s good for a cheap hotel.	Booking service by sawadee.com is good. No check-in problem. Well done, but please inform us if the hotel is under renovation. Will go back sawadee.com for my future trip to Thailand.
Francis Joshua Tan Jwee Yan 2008-11-02	Patong Bayshore Hotel, Patong Beach well, i am thomas. was with my friend Francis where we stayed at Patong Bayshore Hotel.That would be our 5th(?) time there i believe. Many glitches. Gave us a double bed despite asking for twins via emails. renovation works ongoing and was very noisy. electronic door not working (and we were forced to sleep in another room in our jeans and t-shirts not having a shower, and i am unable to take my night s medication), and staff not properly trained to deal with problems. breakfast was a chore every morning, same old stuff and same old staff (non smiling staff, couldn t be bothered attitude staff). Hey! check out the old lady frying the eggs.. try catching her smile - i bet you won t catch it. anyway, We just like the ground floor room where you can open the back door and enjoy the surrounding garden - trust me, coming from an urban jungle singapore - this is the most luxurious part of the hotel. the one and ONLY plus point for us to be back there.	love sawadee.com. very responsible, efficient, prompt, professional, nice .. geez i am running out of adjectives.. three words - they are great!
