Great for airport stopovers, we would use again. The taxi stand connected to the hotel is a ripoff. They refuse to bring in a meter cab and the fare into the city is at least twice what you should pay. Have the front desk call you a meter cab.

Excellent for access to airport, do not count on wake up call ours was late however I used my own alarm. My waiter had some problem with English so the orders did not come as ordered.Drop off at airport is excellent

took some time before we were able to find the hotel s staff in charge of the airport shuttle. i had to go the airport info desk and ask for help to page the hotel service. but generally, the experience was fine... great value for money. The CR though has no enclosure or divider to separate the toilet bowl and the shower area.

Good place if you need a single night before earlig departure. Staff in airport could not find our resavation in there papers which gave some minor problems.

If you are arriving (or leaving) Bangkok Airport on a late flight, you can do what we did ... book into the nearby Great Residence Hotel to get as much sleep as possible before continuing onward. The price is favorable, the rooms are clean and new, and they have a shuttle service to and from the airport (10 minutes).

I will definitely book here again on my next stay in Thailand. The hotel s taxi service gives free pickup and return to the nearby airport which is convenient. For such a low rate, one would expect the rooms to be shabby or facilities and staff or services to be lacking, but there were no problems. A fine hotel and staff! P.S. They were building a jacuzzi/pool which should be ready when I return next year.

Nice hotel, very close to the new airport. The hotel staff picked me up from the airport despite the flight being delayed. The room was very clean, air con working and hot water available. Really friendly staff, able to provide lots of useful information. Breakfast was good.

Because of our late arrival at BKK, we booked 1 double room for 1 night only. Room is basic but clean. Small bathroom, when you take shower all the room is under water. Okay for one night and for the price (we paid 800 baht) it s a very good choice. Good and nice service!
