The Ecotel Bangkok comprising 155 standard rooms situated in the heart of Bangkok. Guests truly have easy access to all points of the city while staying at the Ecotel Bangkok. For people who wishing for shopping only a few minutes from Rajprarob Road, the hotel is within walking distance to the famous wholesale and retail "Pratunam" clothing market, and also the new and popular "Platinum Fashion Mall". Further on nearby Rajadamri Road, you will find one of Bangkok's best-known landmarks - the Central World Plaza" (formerly World Trade Center). BTS sky train station is "Chidlom" which takes about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very rude staff of Ecotel. except of couple of employees everybody else had stiff face expression. Not very welcoming. Breakfast was good though. I had expected a coffee maker atleast in a room. Location was great though. Very near to all the shopping arena.

I loved booking through the Sawadee.com. I got good deals while booking hotels. And good thing was I could hold the hotel for a day before commiting the transaction, that gives me 1 day to look for better options.

the location was great, only 15 minutes walk to Pratunam market (this market is better than chatucak!) i would stay at the same hotel again..

The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the rooms is either a parking garage or ten feet away looking into another person s room. The staff are very friendly and very helpful but poorly trained how to maintain their Internet service which went down frequently and stayed down until they could get a technician to come in to fix it. The price was really good so I guess some sacrifice in view and services is to be expected.

Plusieurs sejours dans cet hotel mais un peu déçus cette fois : salle de bains pas très propre, pas de connection WIFI au cinquième!mais petit dej très copieux et tout prêt de pratunam!

The hotel itself is nice.Its location,however,is not very convenient. Though it s not far from the main road and the airport link station,walking a distance with big luggage on hot day is not so good.

Overall the hotel is good. But the reception is not enough qualificated. Wi-Fi was only 1-st day and then we needed to go to the restaurant nearby it was inconvinient very much. We have lived on 3-d floor - it was a little bit noisy. Breakfast was really good. But despite of amentioned above, I will not stay in that hotel for the next time.

I actually expected more from the hotel but in the end I was satified. Breakfast could have been better with faster service when products was out, not hot enough food. The shopping centers are nearby and that was the criteria for us when booking. The street outside hotel has almost nothing to offer but taxi/tuk tuk service and 7/11.

We stayed in 5 hotels in Thailand. This was a pretty good one. It had one of the most elaborate breakfast buffets and the location was pretty good as it was within walking distance of the skytrain.
