A hidden gem for families! We stayed in one of the family pool villas with our 2 children aged 2 & 4. There was ample space, facilities and privacy for everyone. We were close to beach access,the pool,the bar and restaurant.The staff were very friendly and kind to the children. The resort is in a good spot to go out on the main street for shopping and restaurants, the hotel car is also very reasonably priced to use as transport. The negative is the beds and pillows are rock hard and breakfast is not the best buffet we have had but was adequate.The bar was always quiet, it would have been good if they had offered a cocktails and a bit of music at least on 1 night for some atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again as par of our holiday but not for the whole time.

Very professional and reliable, we added transfers afterwards and it was an easy process. It all worked very well.

Quite pleasant hotel, located at south of Chaweng beach away from loudy center and good for family. I didn t like the fact that hotel staff allowed stranger dogs into hotel territory and they were even drinking water from pools -(

awful!!!!! i wanna chage another room,they don t let me chage. i called reception i need a wakeup call 7 clock tomorrow on 14-Oct night,but the next day,i didn t hear the phone rings! what s the problem????? i asked reception when i check out. the guy in the reception desk told me i don t know! how ridiculous!!!!!! i will never go to Chaweng Cove Resotel again! i will tell all of my friends and coworkers never go to Chaweng Cove Resotel,too!

Suveränt hotell på södra Chawengstranden. Stora rum, härlig pool och god mat. Frukosten var perfekt.

The room with balcony standatd is 2+ little high price for this standard. Very good breakfast with little variation every day, good service everage, we had problem with the balcony door, the serviceman came directly. The hotel has restaurant, pool bar, gym. Resaurants in the close area, 10 min walking to the center of village. Negative: you have to pay to use internet.

Жили в бунгало с видом на сад. Понравилось место расположения отеля. Хорошая зеленая территория. Отличный пляж, на котором специально обученный сотрудник отеля расставляет лежаки и открывает для вас зонтики. Баланс цена/качество нормальный, но не превосходит ожидания. Касательно сервиса отель оказался значительно проще Тропиканы, в которой останавливались на Чанге, но это не напрягает. Спасибо Антону Voodoo Child с сайта orenmore.ru, который помог организовать самостоятельную поездку в Таиланд.

Staff couldn t have been more friendly, or more helpful. Everything about the resort was great.Great location. Lots of things within walking distance. Breakfast was yummmmy.

Did the booking online. No problems. Fom the time we booked we were kept up to date about balance owing etc. Will do the same nex time we go to Thailand

No rating: A storm damaged our Beachfront-Bungalow. Unfortunately we weren t advised in advance of this fact. After discussion with the frontdeskstaff we were offerd a Bungalow at Samui Resotel instead, which was superbe.
