About the hotel:
The location of Bangkok City Inn is great. With walking distance to 4-face Buddha, Central World, Platinum, Big-C, food stalls and 2 MRT stop away from MBK. It s perfect. The room is clean and with instant hot shower. Value for money.

Very simple and fast. Have not encounter any problem so far.

for the pass 3yrs, whenever i go to bangkok, bangkok city inn is always my choice. location is so convenience, the staffs are so friendly n helpful. the best part is ,u always see the familier faces. the feeling is so touching.

About the hotel:
Good hotel for residing of couples. It s situated in center of shopping, ab. 10 minutes from Sky-Train station. Our number was enough spacious, with a bathtube and double bed, great window with Bayoke-Sky veiw. A buffet for breakfast, all fresh and tasty. The personnel adequate, helps to solve different problems. A unique lack - numbers were not under repair about 3-5 years, but it does not prevent to live in them.

I have stayed here many times but it is looking a bit tired now, although still very good value for money. No wifi/internet at all and will not print boarding cards, poor english on reception and no tour booking. They need to pull their socks up as there is now excellent good value competiton in the area (Aphrodite inn has a 24 hour intenet cafe at excelelnt prices, first class reception staff and tour booking)

Hotel staff is less helpful than last time I stayed there. I requested to change my booking at front desk, and the staff just asked me to call travel agent by myself.

it was a nice stay for budget travelers, it is clean but you will hear if next door goes to toilet or have shower. The breakfast is after 2 days boring. The staff is very friendly.

The location is great right near Central World, The sky Train, and a short walk to the IT plaza. But dont think about bringing a female guest there after 20:00 Hours. They charge you 450Baht. This is not advertised not told to you in advance. If your a single guy and looking to enjoy the adult night life in Bangkok, dont book here. I say book with Sea of Love, no questions asked there, it is clean and more of a local vibe. For the family, Bangkok City Inn is great, for the Single male, well be prepared to pay for each guest each time, even if they dont sepnd the night you still have to pay.

Booking was ok, but needs to be clearer about the hotels Policy prior to booking. I found no up front details about the hotel policies and it killed my vacation. They made me feel as if all my friends where Bar Girls, by asking me to pay for each of them everytime they came to visit

Despite being a regular, I never got a room which I wanted on a higer floor with good window view and most important, no smoking floor. Each time I had to show my displeasure in order to be changed to another suitable room.
