Accommodation and facilities:
En underbar liten resort m fantastisk personal och den absolut bästa maten. Avskilt, lugnt, avslappnat. Boendet i eget hus med pool som delades m grannhuset var super. Vi hyrde moppar o utforskade ön hittade många trevliga bra o billiga restauranger. Hotellet ordnade den absolut bästa båtutflykt vi gjort - bara vår familj i en longtail med medhavd mat o fem olika ö-besök. Eftersom ön berörs mycket av tidvattnet så är stränderna inte riktigt de bästa för bad men med den fantastiska ö-värld som finns runt hörnet så störde det absolut inte oss. Vi kommer definitivt att återvända till Koh Yai Noi och säkert till detta härliga resort.

We rented Rice Field Cottage which is set back a bit inland from the beach and the other pavilions but this was actually good because we were very secluded and had a pool shared with one other house next to ours. The house is simply beautiful, architect designed and decorated: it had masses of living space, outside and in, with two bathrooms and a huge kitchen. The restaurant was very good but we did not always eat there because you had to book a time and choose what to eat in advance which didn t really suit us very well. We ate sometimes in the house and sometimes in other restaurants. You will need to hire motorbikes to get around the island or a boat to go to other islands. There is very little tourism here which was what we wanted, but others might find this boring. I definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the Pavilion was nice, airy, very clean and well furnished. The lounge and living room area outside are marvelous and we loved sitting out there in the evening. The staff was very, very friendly, things got done quickly and for an island tour, a boat trip or the transfer to the next destination, they were helping a lot and it worked out just fine. It is surely a bid more expensive and you can find cheeper places but compared to European standart it is worth it. It is definately a place that we would visit again.

The design of the pavilions is inspired by traditional architecture throughout South East Asia: thatched and wooden roof structure in order to allow the breeze to pass through on balmy nights, wood flooring throughout, dark tropical woods, and naturally tinted lime plasters providing a range of smooth ocres and yellows... Privacy is of course a major concern: each pavilion is secluded from the others. Trees, palms and flowers are carefully planted to provide total privacy and quiet. | Execursion We have a complete program of excursions, some available a la carte, some included when you book the excursion package. Daily trips to the neighboring islands are organized, all you have to do is jump on the boat. Koh Yao Noi and its surroundings is a infinite field of discoveries and contemplation. The speed boat of the resort or the traditional long tail boats will take you around islands and cliffs, coral reefs and sandy beaches across the bay. The staff and guides will provide you with all information about the regional flora and fauna. | Restaurant Meals and ask her everything you want. Cuisine courses can be organized if you want. We grow our own rice at the back of the property. Apart of original Thai cuisine made of the best products (it become more and more difficult to find it in tourist areas) we serve simple yet excellent Mediterranean cuisine, taking advantage of the excellent sea products available on the island (shrimps, crabs & lobsters, groupers and snappers, trevallies...). Choose the best possible wine from our house cellar to accompany your meal. Afternoon tea Afternoon tea (local cookies, rice and banana cakes) is served at the clubhouse and breakfast and meals will be served in your own sala if you wish so. Tropical fruits at your disposal at anytime in rooms and restaurant areas: please make yourself at home. Beach barbecues can easily be organized. A la carte simple menu and daily specials, according to our own catches of the night and market supply: but always the best products and the most exquisite preparations. |

The resort is located on the southern peninsula of Koh Yao, looking at Krabi to the East and Koh Pee Pee to the South. A dirt road drives to a very tranquil and pristine valley called Na Luk planted of rice paddies. The valley is enclosed by mountains and forest, laying in the back of the resort in the shape of a Holy Sleeping Dragon who protects the area from monsoon winds, traffic noise, and any other possible "spiritual" annoyance. |
