The Papillon Resort is located on the northern part of Chaweng Beach and offers both tranquility and quick access to the center of Chaweng, where you will find excellent shopping and a diverse and vibrant nightlife. The 23 bungalows are situated in a luxurious tropical garden, tastefully decorated and built with natural wood shingles in Lana-Thai style. All bungalows are fully equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe, hot water & hair dryer, WC, international telephone connection and a private terrace where you can relax in peace. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the pool or jacuzzi, pamper yourself with a massage and enjoy the Thai-French cuisine in the restaurant on the beach.

Me and my family enjoyed a great stay at papillon. Fantastic service and always ready to help when we needed to plan a trip or get a taxi. Quiet but still close to other restaurants or hotels. Great food at the hotel... Must try their kai pad met muang... Can t wait to go back. Thank you papillon.

This place was lovely. The food was awesome at the restaurant, the pool was great, the setting was pristine. Our room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. The location is great because it s close to chaewang but away from the chaos, very secluded little spot. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Loved the pool deck with steps down into the gulf!

Small, guiet and relaxing hotel. Perfect for family with kids that dont want to be desturbed by boozing youth. The pool is a little small and the loss of a beach outside the hotell is a minus for the resort, still big chaweng is just around the corner.

Our stay at papillon was ok, but you should arrenge new beds in cottage 5, we stayed there for ten days and non of us had a good night sleep during our stay in cottage 5, and also you should arrenge more sunbeds so that all the guest in papillon could have one

Great Family resort. Mini-suites with Mezzanine bed and separate bedroom worked well for having kids. The staff were terrific - very friendly and helpful and great with the kids. Good end of the beach - easy to access the beach but away from all the hustle of the main beach. The pool is small - no problem when quiet. Great value and very relaxing.

We stayed at Papillon for 10 nights and would not hesitate in recommending this resort to anyone. It was quiet at night yet easy reach to nightlife. very clean and friendly and we really enjoyed the quality of food on offer. Well done Papillon.

It was a great experiance. We stayed 5 nights with 2 children in the bungalow in front of the pool and the sea and we loved it. We´ve got a room-upgrade because of the low-season and it was fantastic. The bungalow was very stylish, new, but a bit too small for families and always clean. The staff was also friendly and the breakfast was good. Only the pool was a bit pity. The resort ist located on the end of chaweng, where it is very quite and the sea is perfect, but you can´t swimm. When we were leaving they brought us to the airport not for free. Papillon Resort we can recommend to anyone – good service for good price.

We spent 8 nights at Papillon Resort and were completely ssatisfied! The room was very unique with a loft type bedroom and a Flintstone type bathroom. The staff were excellent and very helpful with any needs. The location on the north end of Chewang meant it was very quiet yet only 5-10 minutes from all the action . Väldigt bra hotell med lugnt läge i norra Chaweng.Bra personal och gudomlig frukost. Inte så barnvänligt tyvärr med små barn,då det stupar rätt ner några meter till havet.Ett litet minus också för att handukarna aldrig blev riktigt fräscha.Trots att vi fick nya varje dag så luktade de unket.Men över lag så var det ett mykigt mysigt boeende.

Opposite the Papillon is Koh Matlang, within easy reach by canoe or swimming.
ACCOMMODATION
In a luxurious tropical garden, 23 bungalows all tastefully decorated with natural slates and wood in Lana-Thai style. There are 4 types of bungalows, Standard ,Large, Mini-Suite and Suite (with two independent bedrooms + 1living room) located in the lush tropical gardens or on the Seafront.
All bungalows are fully equipped with air-conditioned, mini-bar, safety box, hot water & hair dryer, WC, international phone connection and your own private terrace where you can languish in peace and tranquility or you can always spend the afternoon lazing by the pool and Jacuzzi.

More than only the hospitality, the user-friendship and the kindness, the Thai and French cultures also share a great reputation of quality and variety about their delicious food. It naturally brings out a well furnished menu, mixing the tastes and pleasures for the happiness of the big as well as the more young greedy butterflies.
The arrangements of the tables discretely and carefully designed to allow you to choose according to your wishes (close to the pool to keep a look at the more young butterflies, on beachfront to get lost in the contemplation of the view or in a more intimate place to fully enjoy a honey-moon) achieve to sublime this so friendly and personalized atmosphere.
And because, as well as the Niceguy Massilia and the Lutecia Sativa, all the butterflies like to joint together to party in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying many delicatessen, we organise regularly different food-parties , buffets or barbecues. That allows us to wait until the extraordinary Gala-dinners for the great time like Christmas or New Year Eve
We s serve Breakfast or any meal during all the day (from 7am to 10.30pm) in our Restaurant, at the poolside or in your Bungalow without any extra charges. For the drinks, do not worry, we only close the Bar when you whish to go to sleep.
