This beautiful villa is situated in the very quiet north east part of the island of Koh Samui, on a small hill overlooking Thongson bay on the east side and the west coast from Big Buddha to Koh Som island with a spectacular sunset on Angthong National Marine Park. Far from the crowdy areas, the villa is at the same 15mn drive from the airport, from Chaweng very animated beach and from the charming Fisherman village of Bophut.

Living area 600 m2. 4 bedrooms with queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. One bedroom on the ground floor. Three bedrooms on the first floor with the master bedroom facing the sea on east and west.	Store room with wine cellar TV room with DVD player. Max occupancy 8 persons. No smoking inside, no pet.
A/C in all the bedrooms. Large sitting room. Dining room. Kitchen with all equipment. The villa with large opening windows is decorated with Chinese furniture and Indian carpets. Daily house keeping ,pool and garden maintenance A maid and a gardener will take care of the premises 6 days a week from 8:00 to 17:00 Periodically change of bed sheets and towels Spacious terrace on the four sides. Sala with sun beds on the swimming pool terrace offer a very relaxing area. The infinity swimming pool (10m x 5 m) offer a refreshing meeting point. Large garden around the house . The villa having a big pool and unsecured retaining walls, it can be dangerous for children if they stay unattended

All the rooms offer an every day stunning sunset. It is located in the up-coming area on the North-East Coast of Koh Samui, just a short walk to the white sandy beaches. Minutes to all amenities and facilities, 10 mn to the airport, Chaweng beaches and the charming Fisherman village of Bophut.
