Felix 2008-02-19 until 2008-02-23	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach The location of the hotel is quite good. very close to a shopping mall, Jungceylung. There is Carrefour inside. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The air condition in the room is so noisy that i could not fall asleep in the first two nights. comparing to the price, this hotel is okay.	good
Peter Mihos 2008-01-11 until 2008-01-15	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach This hotel is in a good location but the rooms are very dated. There is no lift but this didn t seem to be a big problem. Breakfast was average - some days the bacon and sausages were cold. It is a good place to buy cheap alcohol next door at the family mart and drink it in front of the hotel and watch the world go by. Great way to start the night before hitting the bars and clubs. I personally thought that the PS Hotel is a lot better also in a great location.	Fantastic.
Mr Adams 2008-01-08 until 2008-01-13	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach Reception area was fine, but beyond this, the hotel looked like a jaded and quite squallid mexican style house. Some of the rooms have windows which only look inside the house, opening onto the central staircase, so if you want natural light, look elsewhere. The first room we had was not very nice, not particularly clean and the shower was broken. After a few attempts to get the shower sorted, a sympathetic member of staff let us change rooms. At least then the shower worked. We managed to get a free wireless signal so we could use the internet on our laptop rather than use the coin operated PC s in reception. We had breakfast once and it was fine. We wanted a late check out (4pm or so) and asked at reception. We were quoted £15 which I thought was a bit rich given the problems we d had, so I refused. The guy who quoted this was I believe the manager or owner of the hotel - and he was palpably rude and unpleasant. Indeed, we d witnessed him being obnoxious with other customers. All in all, Patong is a fun and exciting place to be, but if we go back, we ll not be staying at the Andaman Resortel - try Sheila s guesthouse over the road - it seemed clean and pleasant and I heard good reports about it. I think around this time of year, a lot of the hotel proprietors aren t bothered, thinking they have customers over a barrel as it is such a busy time of year. Very disappointed with hotel level/lack of service.	Sawadee was a pleasure and a breeze to use - no problems whatsoever.
correen low 2008-01-07 until 2008-01-09	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach Rooms were large and clean, although the bathroom was slightly dated. Location was excellent for Bangla road and the beach, only 2 mins walk. Staff were helpful which is good considering there was no lift and they had to carry suitcases up the one flight of stairs for us. Only real drawback was the noise, walls were quite thin, but this was rather more early morning as opposed to late at night.	Excellent as always
Stewart Murray 2008-01-02 until 2008-01-08	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach got given a room on the third floor did not like the room so they let us change but the shower in the room did not work the noise from the water pipes was un bareable on the first night told them and no noise the next night and then the third night it started again so i just turned the sink tap on and left running over night it stopped complained again and it was fixed then it started again it was a terrible noise.the staff were freindly except for the man in the early ours of the morning the other staff were very pleasant.will not stay here again the hotels across the road look good	will book again with sawadee good communication

Chris Empey 2007-10-04 until 2007-10-06	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach This is a great hotel for the money. Great location across from Bangala Road, but far enough away so it isn t noisy. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were good. No breakfast, but several places to eat just steps away from the front door of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I visit Patong.
Rahman Rida 2007-04-26 until 2007-04-29	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach Andaman Resortel it a great experience hotel to be share with all the viewer.the hotel itself is a shop lot area.the enviroment is quite n peaceful.the day we arrive the hotel is quite and greet by the receptionist so warm and polite.the room it clean and tidy.it worth with the cost and the payment that we pay.the hotel location is convenient to food stall or club.the carrefour is just at the back of the hotel.10 minutes walking distance to the beach but u will go thru the bangla road,the most happening road.everthing is there.the selection of tv channel is satisfy even the air-conditioning is well function.my next trip will be phuket and the same hotel i guess.hopefully...	it a great service thru this sawadee.no complain and keep up the good work
Twilight 2007-03-12 until 2007-03-14	Andaman Resortel, Patong Beach a good choice for budget travellers. rooms are spacious and clean. staff were reliable, helpful and polite. good location if you want an affordable place to stay that is located near the beach and the bars at patong. it s just outside of the noisy areas but near enough the nightlife if you want to get to it.	excellent. no problems at all.
