About the hotel:
The place was really good for a family with cildren. Near the sea and no noise. We booket deluxe beachfront bungalow and it was litle bit windy but no problem. Everybody sas you need a facelift and i agree. We go again if you make soure for a facelift.

I have been to this Hotel twice, once in 2009 and recently Jan 2010 I am very impressed by the housekeeping and the staff at the front desk....When we checked in, the room was allocated near the pool which I specified in my booking that I did not want to be near the pool....Staff were very obiligetic and upgraded us to a very nice room Overall, I always have a pleasant stay here and the housekeeping is very good...I can t believe how many towels this hotel supplies! Im planning to stay here again in 2011

About the hotel:
The staff were really helpful & friendly and our delux gardenview baungalow was really nice, with the slight exception of the usual toilet issues, though this is common in Chaweng. the hotel is a little tired. The beach access is excellent, though the pools are a little small and the breakfast restaurant space is very shiney & black, which is very gleary in the mornings. The staff make it worthwhile & the room was good. Would stay again.

About the hotel:
This is the fourth time that I ve stayed at this hotel. It is definitely in the best part of Chaweng Beach but the hotel is looking very tired. The rooms were not well cleaned when we arrived and the linen on the bed was dirty. It s probably still value for money as the rate per night was not too steep but I think I ll try another hotel next time!

Comfortable, clean, cool bungalow, great service. Breakfast could offer more of a variety too much egg/bacon dishes bacon not cooked very good. Resort in a good position and staff very helpful and friendly.

Ok. I will say the same thing as many others. The need a facelift, they should start with the pools. But no really complains. Nice breakfast, Great location.

Hotel needs a facelift,but no complaints really.staff are friendly & helpful. just dont use the jetski s out the front of the resort,friends did & they got charged for damage they didnt do!

Angenehmes Hotel, etwas älter und renovierungsbedürftig. Bungalows sehr geräumig und mit Free WiFi und zum Teil mit PCs ausgestattet (Deluxe). Personal sehr freundlich.

The standard bungalow is OK. Big toilet, clean, the bed was great!!! Stayd in bungalow 411. The pool is OK, breakfeast ok.. This is my first stay at Chaweng Beach. I like Lamai much better. Cheaper, smaller, cleaner. If you want to stay at Lamai I will recommend: Lamai Inn99 or Lamai Waanta. Both place are on the beach with pool.The beach is better on Chaweng, but thats it. Much cheaper and much better than Chaweng Resort..

A very bad, unmaintained wooden bungalows, no water pressure on taps, no hot water, strong smell of sewege, leaking pipes. the staff were friendly and tried to help but couldnt.

Bangkok Airways domestic flight flies directly to Samui from Bangkok or Phuket, and just 15 minutes drive from the airport to the hotel.

Thai International air ways fly to the mainland (Suratthani) and then get on a speedboat or a ferry to the island by spending 1 and half hours enjoying the beauty of the ocean along the way, then call a cap for short drive to the hotel.
