Worst one night experience in Southeast Asia to date. We got in during the evening and went out for a few hours to grab dinner and checkout the nightlife. We got back and walked in through the beach entrance to see the guard asleep in his chair. We get to our room to see that someone had broken in through the bathroom window and stole many of our things. As bad as that feeling was, the worst part of the experience was how utterly useless the staff was to help call the police and actually tried to get us to take a cab to the police station. It was a terrible situation and the staff offered no help and only made the next morning even more miserable by continuously telling us to come back an hour or two later but never had anything to offer when we did. Owner and manager didn t help with anything. So service gets an F. Hotel itself was decent, but not worth the money. Location was good on Chewang beach and a short walk to the main eating/drinking area. Breakfast was poor.

This is a good budget hotel. great location, suits a group of singles, rooms need renovations , bathroom pretty old. staff fantastic.

The room was acceptable, however the bathroom facilities needs some improvement: toilette replacement and drainage pipes cleaning due to bad smell. Breakfast need serious improvement, such as to add some fruits. The beach is quite nice however is full of jet skies.

Great experience at BB. Rooms were clean, air-conditioner was fabulous, food was good. Great location to both the beach and the main strip. Front desk were really helpful and friendly and the restaraunt staff were excellent.

A very nice Thai style hotel. Nothing fancy, but all in order. Hotel location is perfect in Chaweng, just minuts away from everything. Hotel has a VERY NICE beach, just 10m from the water (White Sand- no rocks). Good breakfast and VERY GOOD resturant, sitting on the beach at night. Clean and nice rooms, hot water needed a bit of tweaking in our room, but worked OK. Bed is a little hard. Very helpfull and friendly staff.
