while rooms and common areas could do with redecorating, they were always clean. bedding,towels etc.changed daily.great value places to eat just round the corner.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. My booked Fan-room was simple, but had also a AC. The bathroom had a warm and cold water shower. The room was cleaned every day with changeing bed-linen and towels. The location is near the center and the beach - only 5 -10 Minutes to walk. The hotel is located in a by-road and so very silent at night. In summery every thing was not the high standard but all what I needed for a pleasant stay in Koh Samui. I would definetly stay again there.

Location: 5-6 walking minutes to the very special Chanweng Beach and 4 minutes to the main street for shopping and nightlive. Very quite hotel, not crowded. Like to stay in this hotel again! Herbert

Great Hotel for the price. Was upgraded to better room as the hotel was relatively empty. Has a pool and is in heart of Chaweng. Management and workers were friendly. Definite recomendation

This hotel is fantastic! The stuff is so friendly, so kind! so lovely for us. The owner himself helped us. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday. The restaurant is very clean and has seaview from every seat. They have a car rental service which I used twice. Down the beach are really good restaurants if you need a little variation although the hotel restaurant is great! !I love to come again and again and again!!! Thank you for the oh so nice stay we had because of you!

the hotel has the presentation of to room on the website all look pretty. the realität is horror. the price for the rooms to high no service no breackfast nothing. this is not a good adress for make holiday

I really liked this place, the room was really nice with a tv. fridge and nice bathroom. It got a little hot sometimes so some air con would have been nice. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant served very good food but I would like if they served more Thai options. Good location, not right in the centre but within easy walking distance. I would stay here again.

...quite friendly staff , they always try to help you ... The apartment consists of a living room , a bathroom( with bathtub and working hot water...) and a bedroom. The room was refurbished short time before , but quality of the furniture is quite poor However the hotel does not meet european standard in any way , if you like guests with 4 feet in your room , you will have... So if you are looking for a cheap stayment without lots of comfort and you can bear some trouble , you may want to go , you may find better rooms for less money too...
