Lolita Bungalows is a long time and well established owner-managed beachfront resort of some 30 bungalows set in the center of Maenam's extensive long white beach.
All the bungalows are either built on stilts set in the sand or located on the plush grass lawns just a few meters from the beach. Wake up with the morning sun streaming through the windows and within seconds you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the cool blue sea. The restaurant is located directly on the beach, serving Thai cuisine and seafood. The shopping and entertainment venues are just minutes away from the resort.

Accommodation and facilities:
A rather worn resort with no ambithion to be otherwise. We were rather dissapointed and had expected moore for our money. Checked out in advance and moved to another resort where we payed half as much but so much better accomodation and service. However, Lolita was fare and gave us our money back for the nights we did not stay.

The taxi driver who picked us up first dropped us at a different hotel, then he initially could not find Lolita Bungalows. We arrived at 10 pm but the hotel personnel was already sleeping. They woke up because of us calling out

The Hotel was ok, book one of the front row bungalows, they look a lot better than the wooden ones in the second. the beach isn t very great but quiet and has a nice atmosphere. in the evening there are many possibilities for good dinner at the beach. if a beautiful beach and many activities aren t the most important thing for you, you can have a relaxed holiday there.

Very good bungalows.cleaning room every day.the second row bungalows very nice. staff friendly and the food so good and clean.the sea is littlebit deep for babies but there was a bad weather during my holiday.

Dreadful place- we booked beach view villa for amount of Thb 1700, with air con- and were absolutely shoked with dirty, smelly bamboo hut with worn-out furniture, rumbling air con and rusty fan we got for this money- thanks God it was for 1 night only!!! Reception does not talk any word in English-and besides they all gone sleeping at about 8pm- so we could not order a taxi or buy water from their fridge. We have no choice but to go to 7-11 shop on the main road-for this you have to walk about 5-7 min in complete darkness through packs of barking dogs- not a pleasant evening walk I have to say. I do not know if they have better rooms- at least on the pictures shown something different from what we ve seen. Might be we were unlucky to get THE worst room in the whole place- but I would not recommend it to anybody. One and the only advantage- sea and beach there is really clean and clear- but again, no sun beds, no amrellas. This place is quite close to Lomparaya pier -but with luggage you will need a pick up to the pier anyway.

Good houses in bamboo atmosfeer with perfect beach location. In bungalow several electrical lights broken, need repairs or maintenance. Very quiet in evening but if you don t need nightlive, is the beach view and seasound in evenings, together with beachbar within 100mtr, enough to relax.

The bungalow was much worse than on a photos. The room was dirty. There are very poor furniture, smell of dampness, damaged shower with weak water pressure and insects right in the room! The bad was quite small and hard. Ventilator was with hanging mud. No any security. That was our first and last impression! We didnot stay there more one hour. Of course - no any moneyback or apology(((. I will advice to book this hotel nobody.

I lived in the first row beach house. the house is simple, clean and tidy. People in Lolita are VERY nice. Food is good in the resturant. overall, it is a very quiet place, which is perfect for retreat trip. I d love to go there again :)

My clean and pleasant bungalow looked over pretty, peaceful Meanam Beach. Coffee in the restaurant also overlooking the sea in the mornings was a perfect start to every relaxing day.
