Through out my 3 nights stay there, everything is fine except the hair dryer which is not working. 6 years ago, I wstandard with my company colleague and the light there is very deem and now still the same.. No change, maybe the management should the bulb to a brighter one..

Can get noisy cos next to Platinum Mall but generally very good experience!!

A bit confusing cos we had 2 separate charges to settle since we asked for extra bed, but generally still ok. There was email summary so I knew I had one more payment pending.

The new facade is very nice, with shops at the first floor/lobby and even a basement level of shops directly in the same building. The location of just next to Platinum Mall is great for people looking to shop till you drop. It is easy getting taxi as the hotel staff will get one to turn in and help u tell the driver where you are heading to. This is my 3rd time in this hotel and i still love the buffet spread. Will be coming back!

Good location close to shoppingdistrict in Bangkok. everything more or less as expected, no surprises. We got caught in demonstrations by 30.000 redskirts, nothing to worry about apart from the fact we almost missed our flight. So check if there are any protests planned, because they always meet close to this hotel. Roads are shut down for the entire day.

Myself, my wife and my 2 kids had a great time in the Hotel. People very nice, helpful and if we come back to Bangkok we will definately book this hotel. Also very central to go everywhere. Highly recommended.
