The Golden Beach Resort is located on the beach at Ao Nang and is proud to be one of the more sought after accommodations in the area. It is very easy to reach property, as driving from Krabi airport is approximately 30 minutes and within 25 minutes to Krabi town. The Golden Beach Resort situated on the shore of the Andaman Sea, krabi is recognised as one of the most beautiful place in the South of Thailand.
With our 70 well-decorated guest rooms in the spectacular views which are Sea-view, Mountain View and Garden and Pool View. The swimming pool is picturesque in the Mountain View and leisurely walk away from the beach. Incredible with hotel service such as car rental, foreign currency exchange, laundry, left luggage, long distance & oversea call, massage, postal service, room service, safe deposit box at lobby, facsimile service, daily tour & transfer.

Everything was 1. class at Golden Beach Resort, except for (in our opinion) the total missunderstanding of how to celebrate christmas.That was a typical american way and as far as we could see, there were no americans there. nowhere in europe celebrates Christmas that way. Most of all very enoying and too loud music at every breakfast ! We will not visit this hotel again during Christmas, but other seasons:YES !We also made a written complaint to the management, but that did not help unfortunately.

The location is great at the walking street in central Ao Nang . The staff was friendly. Except for one dinner at the restaurant. We complained that the BBQ White Snapper was raw. The kitchen tried to fool us by BBQ the same fish and turn it upsidedown. The final bill at the resturant wasn t correct at all. The tour Girl was friendly and helped us with a private tour to the waterfall. The pool is ok, except for all guest reserving the best sunchairs before breakfast with towels .

The homepage of Sawadee is very ugly but the response is fast and very helpful and friendly. Easy to orginize everything hotels, transfers and tours. I especially like the secure paiments.

Very poor (luxury) room. Extremely dark. Needs updating urgently. Language ability of staff extremely poor. Breakfast poor(no variety). Rules for towels etc like a boarding school. After spending a few thousand pounds, we were charged 50 baht for a broken glass! Very poor indeed. We felt like a school children at the place.

Great resort and location so close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities including a large swimming pool and restaurant with a full breakfast. I would stay there again and will tell all my friends about Gloden Beach Resort.

The hotel has an excellent location on Ao Nang Beach. The room was fine and the pool was also good. Breakfast spread was ok. However, the service quality dissapointed us. We had to ask for tea/coffee sachet refills every day, staff rarely made eye contact and smiled. Wifi came at a high price. We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to extend our stay by a day at the same price which the hotel refused despite the resort being totally empty. Overall average exprience, compared to our superior experiences in similar priced hotels in Phuket and Bangkok.

My friend and I had a wonderful expirienced at Golden Beach Resort! Staffs and service was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! Love the pool! The location wast a place was a great get away! I will highly recommend to friends! The only minor error was notes in room are not clear which water was complimentary? Really enjoy it very much! Every thing ok but would be much better if had free internet in every room as people from all over world come to stay at your hotel.the swimming pool only open from 0900hrs to 1800 hrs.I have many friends that come to thialand and would stay with you if you had free internet if added 200baht to cost of room and add free internet. i had very good time and will come again next year with free internet i hope. yours michael alllen and new wife noke.

I was in generel pleased with my stay at the Golden Beach Resort, however having to spend 12 days in the executive bungalows with an air condition that only worked half of the time and with several electricity interruptions, is deducting a bit from stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, although english skills could be improved. Internet rates are very expensive and I experienced 2 days out of a week, where the wireless did not work. However having mentioned this, the staff and other facilities leaves me and my family with a good impression of Thailand and a satisfactory stay and Golden Beach Resort.

ตอนไปถึงใหม่ๆผมไปถึงตอนประมาณ 19.00น. ทางเข้าค่อนข้างมึดครับ ห่างจากถนนใหญ่ประมาณ30M.แต่ยังดีที่เข้ามามีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน และโรงแรมอ่าวนางวิลล่า เป็นถนนแคบๆรถวิ่งได้1คันสบาย 2 คันต้องหลบกันบ้าง เมื่อถึงโรงแรมทางโรงแรมตอนรับดีครับ แต่นิดนึงจัดห้องให้ผิดครับผมเลือกที่นอนเป็น Double bed แต่จัดที่นอนให้เป็น Twin bed ให้มา แต่พอแจ้งทางโรงแรมก็เปลี่ยนให้เลยได้ห้อง pool view ดีกว่าครับ OK เลยไม่ต้องเพิ่มอะไร บรรยากาศในโรงแรมกลางคืนดูมึดไปหน่อยครับ แต่เงียบสงบดีเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ตอนเช้าตื่นมา บรรยากาศในโรงแรมดีครับ และที่สำคัญทางโรงแรมมีเลี้ยงนกไว้ด้วยครับ ตอนเช้าเดินออกจากโรงแรมไปที่ทะเล ใกล้มากครับแค่เดินข้ามถนนเล็กๆ 10กว่าก้าวก็ถึงทะเลแล้ว ใกล้มากๆ ที่ดีที่สุดวิวทะเลตอนเย็นตอนพระอาทิตย์กำลังตกสวยมากๆครับ สรุปโดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในขั้นดีครับ โรงแรมเล็กๆ สบายๆ ครับ ชิวๆกับบรรยากาศแค่นี้ผมก็ไม่อยากกลับกรุงเทพแล้วครับ

Situated on a 4 acres of paradise, which contains 42 Deluxe Rooms (Seaview, Mountain View, Garden and Pool View) and 3 Superior Suite Rooms.
ACCOMMODATION
There are 10 Pavilion Suites bungalows (7 Doubles 3 twins with a superfluous area of 50 sq.m.), 3 Pavilion Seaview bungalows (3 twins, 60 sq.m.), 12 Executive Pavilion bungalows (Jacuzzi Villa) all scattered around a well maintained luxurious tropical garden.
70 Guest-Rooms are comfortably furnished and located in either the hotel or in traditional style Bungalows scattered through the resort's garden. Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning with a remote control, a bathtub shower, hot and cold water, toiletries, satellite television, IDD telephone, private balcony/terrace, coffee corner, mini bar and hair dryer.

Our elegant restaurant which serves food inside and outside named "Thai Thai restaurant" opened daily between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. The morning breakfast is also served in the same premises from 7 am. to 10.30 a.m. We have excellent Thai and Western style food, fresh seafood daily prepared for evening barbecues or special dishes.

Conference Room: We are pround to offer two wide conference rooms named Bualuang 1 and Bualuang 2 ideal for any special events from work seminars to weddings. Its location (nearby beach and picturesque sceneries) make it a very popular and memorable place to wed or to have an occasional reception.
