Samui Garden Resort liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Big Buddha Beach nur 300m vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants mit Internationaler und Thai Küche, Motorrad & Auto Verleih, Supermärkte und die Post sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Im Moment bietet Samui Garden Resort zwei voll ausgestattete Häuser, die wochenweise oder monatlich gemietet werden können.

The houses will be cleaned and the bed sheets changed 2 times a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged with Mrs. Noi for a reasonable price as well as laundry service. Every house has its own electric meter and we will charge 7 Baht/kwh. A deposit of 15,000 Baht for house 1 and 20,000 Baht for house 2 is required and will be refunded on check-out - alternatively the passport can be deposited instead.

Die Häuser werden zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Tägliche Reinigung kann nach Absprache mit Frau Noi vereinbart werden die auch einen Wäscheservice zu geringem Preis zur Verfügung stellt. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen Stromzähler und wir berechnen 7 Baht pro Einheit. Es muss eine Kaution von 15,000 Baht für Haus 1 und 20,000 Baht für Haus 2 hinterlegt werden die bei Auszug zurückerstattet wird - alternativ kann auch der Reisepass hinterlegt werden.
