Kooncharaburi Resort Spa and Sailing Club is located on the Kong Kang (mangrove) Bay in Koh Chang. Approximately take time for 4-5 hours by car or 45 minutes by airplane. The distance from Trat Airport to resort is 35 kilometers. Approximately 45 minutes by car/ferry to resort. The resort is located on east side of Island from ferry port is 20 kilometers. Approximately 35-40 minutes by car. It is surrounded with the lush nature, scrubby hill and the white long beach in the soothing atmosphere of Kong Kang Bay. Implement your real peace holidays with the various styles of recreations and full-equipped facilities, making Kooncharaburi the destination for tranquility seeker.The resort has a total 83 guest rooms, Deluxe, Villas, Pool Villas and Suites with all modern amenities. Accommodation and facilities:
This resort has nice rooms and suites on a private beach. Though the beach is not extremely attractive. We stayed the last 3 nights in a executive suite, which was comfortable and big. Nevertheless, the price is highly exagerated. Aircon didnt work in one room, the safe could not be used and curtains were partly dirty. Staff was friendly. Location is to far away from almost everything: by car a good half hour to drive to shops, banks... As this resort is very far away from everthing, you depend a lot to the hotel to take you somewhere, and what is worse, they insist on taking their services even when you found somebody better to drive you.

Very beautiful and peaceful place. Friendly staff. Great cooking. Large pool. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax. Special thanks to hotel manager Mali for her careness.
