Die Pension Khao Yai Isaan. Wir bieten Unterkünfte in Khao Yai Nakhon Ratchasima, 20 km weit entfernt vom Khao Yai Nationalpark und umgeben von Natur und Wald. 1,5 Stunden Fahrt nach Bangkok.
Etwa 175 km nordöstlich von Bangkok liegt Khao Yai - eine große Bergregion in Thailand, die sich über eine Fläche von ungefähr 2.200 m² erstreckt und einer der größten und schönsten Nationalparks des Landes ist. Khao Yai wurde 1959 zum Naturschutzgebiet erklärt, und heute leben dort 153 verschiedene gesetzlich geschützte Tierarten. In dieser kühlen und malerischen Landschaft mit ihren bizarren Berge gibt es noch unberührten Dschungel, Wasserfälle, Bäche und viele Berge mit einer seltenen Tierwelt, darunter wilde Elefanten, Büffel, Hirsche, Stachelschweine, eine Vielzahl von Affen, Papageien, große Naßhornvögel und 250 weitere Vogelarten.

Very nice room (complete with kitchen, sitting room, sleeping room and 2 toilet s. Breakfast very good and partly upon request. Kind and helpfull staff. For the people who had/have problem to find the location: on GPS N14*42.999 and E101*24.916

Loved staying here and will go back again to stay for longer next time. Directions weren t clear to get there but if you go to the only shell service station in Pak Chong. Turn left down the soi straight after and follow the yellow signs.

Not easy to find. But the best Breakfast I ever had in Thailand. Nice, large and very clean rooms, nice helpfull staff with many good ideas what to do. German speaking.

Booking Service worked fine. Would be helpfull to get a small map with location of the Guesthouse after booking.

| Activity With in this refreshing and scenic landscape, with its bizarre mountains, there is still untouched jungle, mountain streams and many waterfalls, with a preserved animal world, which includes wild elephants, buffaloes, deer, porcupines, a variety of monkeys, parrots and parakeets, huge hornbills and another 250 species of birds. There are even tigers, clouded leopards and bears living here. A unique experience awaits you at dusk, when you see more than one million bats fly out and leave their daytime home in the caves. |
