Accommodation and facilities:
Deluxe Room - very big, great value for money. Less than 5 minutes walk to end of Bangla Road, few more minutes to the beach. Close enough to the action but far enough away to get a goods nights sleep.

Facility was clean, and comfortable. I will be staying at Casa Jip again on my next trip. This was my second time at Casa Jip, and was very pleased both times. New renovations are great, and the food was fantastic. Kind Regards Ray

Location of Casa Jip is ideal, walking to the beach in less than 10 minutes. (Young) Men should be aware of the massage ladies. Because you pass approx 6 massage salons before entering Bangla road towards the beach. The room I had in 2009 was better, but still love the cleanliness of the hotel. The owners, Mr & Mrs Jip are great, employees are also very helpful. Great place to stay if you want to party, massage, drink and go all out Pathong, and you prefer not using a motorbike.

Ideal. Love working with Sawadee.com. Thailand is not the country where you want to be walking with your suitcase looking for a place to stay.

I must say that Phuket was over all expataions. Enjoy my holiday so much. Casa Jip Guesthouse was really good. Nice when it is clean and guestfriendly personal. I will comeback soon as possible. Thank´s for good service. Thailand is the best country i visit ever. Best regards from Michael Forsberg.

Albergo in zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla di Patong basta dire che usavo lo scooter(messo a disposizione dall albergo tra l altro nuovissimo)solo per spostarmi di giorno..camere grandi, accoglienti, pulitissime co materassi ok.Servizio alla grande con ristorante italiano annesso guidato dall ottimo cuoco Nicola che ci ha deliziato con i suoi manicaretti tutti rigorosamente fatti in casa a mano. Consiglio CASA JIP a tutti gli amici Italiani che come il sottoscritto sono amanti dello star bene e sopratutto della buona cucina.

Pros: - good location - simple & neat - good for light travellers Cons: - no lift to higher floor, for people with heavy/ many luggage / walking disabilities / old people is quite troublesome/tiring to climb up to level 4 room. - no complimentary drinking bottle water

I was totally surprised about the value for money I received. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is faultless. The owner was very helpfull and couldn t do enough for us, we booked our rooms wrong and he changed them for us free of charge. The rooms were very clean on arrival and was cleaned daily, even if we slept in till 4pm!! The hotel is walking distance to Bangla road. I will definately stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Decent and cheap place to stay. Rooms are big & cleaned everyday. The owner is very accomodating. Walking distance to the mall, beach,and bang-la road.
