Accommodation and facilities:
don t stay there!! We had booked an eklusive room but we got a room with no hot water!!!! the terrace was broken. The staffs left resort 930 pm so we were alone at resort so we could t complaint. Please stay away!!!!!!

Accommodation and facilities:
The resort is 50 km from Chiang Rai city so is good for those whoom looking for privacy. But only 10 km from shopping town Mae Sai. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will diffenately come back again.

Accommodation and facilities:
The Du Doi Suay resort is quite nice, wonderful garden landscape and view into the rice fields, however the bungalows are really low standard, not even a table or chair are in the rooms, so I had to read and write in the restaurant. However it was great to use the internet free of charge. The receptionist even served me water for free. One big minus is as well the attitude of the staff: only one of the receptionist ladies was smiling. The two or three waiters were so shy, not even saying good morning thank you or please , I adressed them every time, but I hear not one word from them. It looked like they treated me as an alien - no touch allowed! I understand that the attitude of Thai people is very shy, but in a Resort like this I do expect at least a smile or a nice welcoming word. Of course I would not book again this Resort Du Doi Suay but try an other one!

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff! Location is perfect if u r exploring the region chiang rai and golden triangle. The Bungalows are clean and the breakfast was good too. 100% satisfied

Very nice quit natural resort with beautiful mountain views. But you are in the middle of nowhere. I was the only guest. It is hard to find someone at the resort (and in this region) who speaks English but everybody did the best to help me. You definitely need a car or a motorbike. The next village is 7 km away. Clean rooms with Thai-TV.

zones which are river view and garden view. River View cottage are floating
cottage, roofed with thatched, sit surrounded by water and are linked
by wooden walkways decorated with long colorful flags. Garden View cottages
combine with garden and scenic background from Doi nang-Non mountain.
