This was our second visit to this resort,and it was even better than the first,wich was also perfect.everything is great there.simple and beautifull.the most clean and comfy room.the best staff ever.we will come back again and again.thanks for your warm hospitality.we felt at home away from home.Dana,Hadas and Ella:)

Beautiful hotel with very nice owners and staff. Our bungalow (room 10) was 10 seconds from the pool and 30 seconds from the sea.

Very good resort. Clean, well maintained. Room well equiped and cleaned (every day clean room service). Personal service very nice & helpful. Peaceful and quiet for resting. Best value for the price. It s worth it. Beach & garden very nice. Will go back for sure.

Wonderful location and great valued bungalow right on the beach. Runned by the lovely couple Pan and Kit who are the sweetest people ever. How ever, at the time we were there, the kitchen was not fully staffed. Breakfast was served quite late and more or no less no lunch or dinner could be served. Hopefully they have found more staff for the kitchen by now.

Really lovely Resort. Location is fantastic, about 20mins drive from full moon. On beautiful Ban Thai beach, nice and chilled out! Some good restaurants and bars, within close reach. Rooms are quite basic, but so is the price. Although very clean, and safe in room. The pool and beach more than make up for it though... Staff really friendly and went out of their way to help us, we got a personal lift to the ferry at 6am!! Recommend :)

Un petit paradis sur une plage idyllique, nous n avons pas été déçus les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et prêts à satisfaire toutes vos demandes. Pour avoir visité une grande partie de cette ile nous ne pouvons que conseiller une halte dans ce merveilleux resort, si vous prenez comme nous les bungalows sur la plage vous aurez cette sensation d être seuls au monde, la plage est nettoyée deux fois par jour et croyez moi c est rare .... et surtout ne manquez pas de prendre quelques repas sur place leur cuisine est excellente et le prix très correct

We had a great stay at Rungarun as it is located on a beautiful expanse of white beach with wind surfing right on the doorstep to watch and totally quiet from the full moon bustle, although close enough to enjoy the party and get back easily in the wee hours of the morning. The menu is not extensive but the kitchen the cleanest we saw in Thailand. The menu next door is much larger and diverse.

Staff is very helpful (renting scooter, booking tours, infos about the island, etc.) and speaks quite good English. Best beach area in Baan Tai. A pity that the breakfast is not included in the price of the room.

It was a little expensive, but a very nice place. I think they start dropping the price if you stay for at least 4 nights. Pan (sp?) was such a warm and friendly manager/owner (?) of the place. Lot s of cats and dogs running around. Nice pool, OK beach front (but you can always walk up and down this beach [Ban Tai] to find other beaches during the day and bungalow bars at night). Good food, although if you order eggs for breakfast tell them not to cook too long! Close enough to Haad Rin and very close to Thongsala (I really like the location in between the two). You can easily rent motorbikes (they will call someone for you) to drive around the rest of the island, but be careful of some of the hilly roads especially heading towards Haad Rin. They will also book ferry s for you. Not a lot of night action at this particular bungalow, but again, you can always walk up and down the beach at night to find a bar or just taxi to Haad Rin. "Rungarun Resort" on Koh Phangan is designed to be in harmony with its natural surrounding and is situated a long the beautiful white sandy beach of Bantai. The resort is not far from Haad Rin where the world famous full moon party takes place.
"Rungarun Resort" on Koh Phangan is designed to be in harmony with its natural surrounding and is situated a long the beautiful white sandy beach of Bantai. The resort is not far from Haad Rin where the world famous full moon party takes place.
Rungarun Resort is build year 2002 and with 3 different kinds of bungalows we will try to meet the different requirement from our guests. Our resort is quiet and you can relax everywhere without any noise from cars and motorbikes.
Our bungalows are located on the beach alongside our fine open air restaurant. Between the bungalows and the beach we have landscaped our gardens for you to relax enjoy the sun or go for a swim.
ACCOMMODATION
Our cottages are scattered over the sweeping hillside, surrounded by tropical plants and shaded by swaying coconut palms. The hotel rooms are set on the beach with the views of Samui Island. Some of our bungalows have hot shower that is powered by solar cell. I front of all bungalows we have a nice veranda where you can relax when you want.
